Welcome to RE:ANIMA (referred to as "We", "Us", or "Our"）
General
These Terms and Conditions of Use (the "Terms of Use") are entered into by and between RE:ANIMA and you, an end user of the services (“ You, you or user”) in relation to website, gaming and software applications made available by RE:ANIMA for use on or through computers, consoles and mobile devices, websites operated by us, and any related services (collectively, the "Services").
These Terms of Use also include any guidelines, announcements, additional terms, policies, and disclaimers made available or issued by us from time to time.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. The “Effective Date" at the top of these Terms of Use indicates when was the recent modifications made. Your use of the Services after We revised Terms of Use shall signify that You agree with these changes. Refusal to accept changes made to the Terms of Use will render You unable to resume from using the Services.
Restricted Countries
Our Services described in these Terms of Use may not be available in all jurisdictions or to all Users, and are expressly not available to residents of Algeria, Afghanistan, Bolivia, Bangladesh, China, Egypt, Korea, Morocco, Nepal and Singapore and any other jurisdiction in which accessing or using our protocol is prohibited (each a “Restricted Country”). We reserve the right to choose markets and jurisdictions to conduct business and may restrict or refuse the access of Website and our Services in other countries or regions in our sole discretion.
Accessing the Services
For the purposes of accessing and utilizing the Services, it is a mandatory requirement that Users establish an account with Us (“Account”) and choose to link Your Account with a third-party wallet allowed on the Services. Third-party wallets will assist you to purchase, store, and engage in transactions on blockchains. When You link Your wallet, You understand and agree that You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of Your wallet and your control over any wallet-related authentication credentials, private and/or public cryptocurrency keys, non-fungible tokens ("NFT or NFTs") or cryptocurrencies that are stored in and/or are accessible through your wallet.
RE:ANIMA is not responsible for managing and maintaining the security of your wallet. RE:ANIMA has no responsibility or liability to you for any unauthorized access to or use of your wallet or if you are unable to locate your credentials.
RE:ANIMA Staff will never ask for your Seed Phrase or Secret Recovery Phrase, including Customer Support.
You alone are the custodian of your own wallet.
By accessing, using or attempting to use our Services, you represent and warrant that:
as an individual, legal person, or organization, you have full legal capacity and authority to agree and bind yourself to these Terms;
you are at least 18 or are of legal age to form a binding contract under applicable laws;
your use of the Services is not prohibited by applicable law, and at all times compliant with applicable law, including but not limited to regulations on anti-money laundering, anti-corruption, and counter-terrorist financing (“CTF”);
you are not a citizen, resident, domiciliary or organized, owned or controlled directly or indirectly by a person in a Restricted Country, nor are you using our Services on behalf of any person or entity from a Restricted Country;
you have not been included in any trade embargoes or economic sanctions list, the list of specially designated nationals maintained by OFAC, or the denied persons or entity list of the U.S. Department of Commerce, nor you have been a subject or target of any other economic sanctions administered or enforced by the United Nations, the European Union or the United Kingdom;
you have not been previously suspended or removed from using our Services;
if you act as an employee or agent of a legal entity, and enter into these Terms on their behalf, you represent and warrant that you have all the necessary rights and authorizations to bind such legal entity; and
you are solely responsible for use of the Services and, if applicable, for all activities that occur on or through your user account.
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and share personal data about You. By using the Services, You acknowledge that You have read, and You agree to be bound by, the terms of Privacy Policy. We respect and protect Your personal data registered and retained on our Services. We will not actively disclose, edit any Your information without Your consent, or any other purpose.
Please note the software of RE:ANIMA may contain Cheat Detection software or features. 'Cheat Detection" means functionality intended to identify Cheats. "Cheats" means programs, methods, processes or other programs with software or hardware on any formats that may give users an unfair competitive advantage within RE:ANIMA. If you do not agree to install the cheat detection software or at any time remove or disable the cheat detection features, alone or make combination with RE:ANIMA, the license granted to you under this agreement automatically terminates and you should immediately stop accessing any of the RE:ANIMA Services. Please note that the RE:ANIMA with the Cheat Detection software therein may collect and transmit details about your account, gameplay, and any potentially unauthorized programs and processes, subject to our Privacy Policy. In the event that Cheats are identified, you agree that RE:ANIMA may exercise part or all of its rights hereunder. You confirm that, by installing, copying, running or otherwise using the RE:ANIMA, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
USER CONDUCT
RE:ANIMA holds you accountable for your own behavior and language, encourages you to play RE:ANIMA in a healthy and civilized manner, and strictly prohibits you from any improper or objectionable behavior. You are prohibited from, in any way, claiming to be our employees or disseminating false information either to RE:ANIMA or third parties, spreading vulgar information, posting illegal websites, spam advertisements or any information or materials involving drugs or otherwise attack, threaten or insult a portion or all of the users. Any dissemination of plugins, Trojan horse programs, or any other kind of viruses is also strictly prohibited.
To comply with our legal obligations, we reserve the right to take action, with or without advance notice, if we believe you have violated Terms of Use. This may include terminating your Account and prohibiting you from using the Services in whole or in part.
Your wallet is completely in your own control. You are the only one responsible for the security of your wallet.
You agree that you will not violate any law, contract, intellectual property or other third-party right, and that you are solely responsible for your conduct and content, while accessing or using the Service.
You also agree that you will not:
purchase, sell, rent or give away your Account, create an Account using a false identity or information, or on behalf of someone other than yourself；
use the Services to advertise, or solicit, or transmit any commercial advertisements, including chain letters, junk or spam e-mail or repetitive or misleading messages to anyone；
Use or attempt to use another user’s Account without authorization from such user;
Modify or cause to be modified any files that are a part of the Services without RE:ANIMA 's express written consent；
Disrupt, interfere with or otherwise adversely affect the normal flow of the Services or otherwise act in a manner that may negatively affect other users' experience when using the Services. This includes win trading and any other kind of manipulation of rankings, taking advantage of errors in the Services to gain an unfair edge over other users and any other act that intentionally abuses or goes against the design of the Services；
Institute, assist, or become involved in any type of attack, including without limitation distribution of a virus, denial of service attacks upon the Services, or other attempts to disrupt the Services or any other person's use or enjoyment of the Services；
Post any information that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, libelous, or racially, sexually, religiously, or otherwise objectionable or offensive or engage in ongoing toxic behavior, such as by repeatedly posting information on an unsolicited basis；
Post any information that contains nudity, excessive violence, or offensive subject matter or that contains a link to such content；
Attempt to, or harass, abuse, or harm, or advocate or incite harassment, abuse, or harm of another；
Make available through the Services any material or information that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, right of privacy, right of publicity, or other right of any person or entity or impersonates any other person；
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decipher or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for any underlying software or other intellectual property used to provide the Service or any game, or to obtain any information from the Services or any game using any method not expressly permitted by RE:ANIMA ；
Collect or post anyone's private information, including personally identifiable information (whether in text, image or video form), identification documents, or financial information through the Service；
harm minors in any way;
arrange, modify, translate, adapt, reproduce, index, copy and/or extract any information, software, product or other element or part of the Content by any means without RE:ANIMA 's express prior permission;
modify, distort, block, abnormally burden, disrupt, slow down and/or hinder the normal functioning of all or part of the Services, or their accessibility to other Users, or the functioning of the partner networks of the Services, or attempt to do any of the above;
transmit or propagate any virus, Trojan, worm, bomb, corrupted file and/or similar destructive device or corrupted data within the framework of the Services, and/or organize, participate in or be involved in any way in an attack on RE:ANIMA 's servers and/or the Services and/or those of its service providers and partners;
engage in or knowingly facilitate any “front-running,” “wash trading,” “pump and dump trading,” “ramping,” “cornering” or fraudulent, deceptive or manipulative trading practices; and
impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to a representative of RE:ANIMA , or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You acknowledge and agree that the Services may contain content or features (“Services Content”) that are protected by copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights and laws. We reserve all rights, including without limitation, all intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights, in connection with its website and the Services.
Subject to your ongoing compliance with these Terms of Use and eligibility to use the Services, you are hereby granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable, non-sublicensable, “as is” right to access and use the Services and Content for your own personal, non-commercial use; provided, however, that (except as and solely to the extent expressly set forth herein) such right does not include any right to (i) sell, resell, or use commercially the Services or Content, (ii) distribute, publicly perform, or publicly display any Content, (iii) modify or otherwise make any derivative uses of the Services or Content, or any portion thereof, (iv) use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction methods, (v) download (other than page caching) any portion of the Services or Content, except as expressly permitted by us, and (vi) use the Services or Content other than for their intended purposes. We reserve all rights not expressly granted hereunder in and to the Services and all components thereof, including without limitation the Site, the App, the Content, and the Marks.
Except as expressly authorized by Us, you agree not to modify, copy, frame, scrape, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Services or the Services Content, in whole or in part. Any use of the Services or the Services Content other than as specifically authorized herein is strictly prohibited.
NFTS
We reserve the right, at its sole discretion, not to offer or to cease to offer NFTs for your purchase or to restrict your NFT purchases.
You acknowledge and accept that you will be solely liable for any fees, costs, deductions or expenses associated with your transactions on RE:ANIMA. After an NFT is initially sold or otherwise released or put into circulation by us, we have no control over subsequent transactions. Accordingly, we will have no liability to you (or anyone else) as a result of any transactions that you engage in with respect to NFTs.
NFTs are subject to certain inherent risks, in particular because NFTs may be based or enabled by the Smart Contract on blockchain (or any successor digital item standard). These risks include, inter alia, the following, which you acknowledge and accept to solely bear when acquiring, holding, managing, using, selling and/or otherwise alienating NFTs:
There may not be a market with a sufficient number of potential buyers and sellers of NFTs. NFTs may therefore not be liquid and you may not be able to effectively resell NFTs you have acquired. We make no representations or warranties that NFTs can effectively be resold.
NFTs may not have a use other than within RE:ANIMA, if at all.
The value of an NFT may be volatile. Virtual currencies and assets can be very volatile and impact the value of NFTs. We make no representations or warranties that any NFTs will retain and/or increase their value. You might lose money.
RE:ANIMA may subject your ability to purchase, hold, manage, use, sell, and/or otherwise alienate NFTs to costs, fees, deductions or expenses, which you hereby agree to fully and solely bear.
RE:ANIMA may not function properly and may be subject to hacking, malicious software, interruptions and failures. These events may cause delays or failures in your ability to purchase, hold, manage, use, sell, or otherwise alienate NFTs.
Your Accounts may not function properly and may be subject to hacking, malicious software, interruptions and failures. These events may cause delays or failures in your ability to purchase, hold, manage, use, sell, or otherwise alienate NFTs.
Laws may apply in certain jurisdictions and new regulations could be enacted that might limit or require changes to the functionality enabled by the WAX platform, which could impact and/or impede on your ability to purchase, hold, manage, use, sell, or otherwise alienate NFTs.
Other changes to the RE:ANIMA could impact and/or impede on your ability to purchase, hold, manage, use, sell, or otherwise alienate NFTs.
RISK TAKING
YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AN INDIVIDUAL'S BEHAVIOR AND IS WILLING TO BEAR ANY RISKS ARISING FROM YOUR OWN FAULT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGE TO THE COMPUTER SYSTEM AND MOBILE DEVICE SYSTEMS (SUCH AS PHONES, PADS) BY IMPROPERLY EXECUTING OR DOWNLOADING THE INFORMATION OR PROFILE, OR THE LOSS OF ANY DATA.
ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE WEBSITE, GAMING AND SOFEWARE APPLICAATIONS, AND THROUGHOUT OUR SERVICES IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND SHOULD NOT BE CONSTRUED AS PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. YOU SHOULD CONSIDER THESE RISK WARNINGS CAREFULLY AND TAKE APPROPRIATE ADVICE BEFORE TAKING ANY DECISION.
Applicable Law And Dispute Resolution

Unless otherwise stipulated by applicable laws, these Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the Singapore, as an agreement wholly performed, negotiated and executed therein without regard to Singapore’s conflict of laws. Any disputes relating in any way to or arising under or out of your use of these Terms of Use shall be binding upon the arbitration held by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre.
Miscellaneous
You agree that we may transfer all or a part of our rights or obligations under these Terms of Use to a third party (including but not limited to our affliated companies) upon prior notice to you.

TERMINATION
